Founded in 2024, in a living room in Hong Kong, on a simple idea: AI shouldn't replace people — it should reflect them back to themselves. A quiet partner that makes your habits, work and risks easier to see, and easier to act on.

That idea became Beforeat, built to track what you eat without the friction most tracking apps add. Then Algiz, a Palantir-style platform helping construction owners and contractors catch risk and cost overruns early. Smart hardware is next — AI needs a physical form, not just a screen.
